When will you ship my order?
Please check the banner at the top of my website for my current processing time as this varies from time to time. The majority of my items are made to order, which means they can take a while to ship, typically my usual processing time is around 2 weeks as I also attend university full time and i run another business alongside this.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
UK orders purchased with the free delivery option will not receive tracking as these will be sent via second class standard shipping. However, UK orders purchased with express shipping will receive a tracking number when the order is dispatched.
Orders sent via standard international will receive a number however as this is a signed for service, you will only receive updates when the order has been accepted into the postal system and when it has been delivered.
What is your returns policy?
For hygiene reasons, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges for jewellery items unless your item is broken or faulty. Please contact me if you need help or if you are not happy with your item.
Is your store eco-friendly?
I try to keep my store as eco friendly & sustainable as possible as this is very important for me. I use recyclable boxes instead of mailing bags and also use tissue paper in place of bubble wrap wherever possible. My custom tape is paper based, recyclable and eco friendly.
In terms of my items: I buy a lot of my materials from other small businesses where possible- for example, most of my resin moulds come from other small businesses in order to contribute to bulk production etc a lot less. I also make the majority of my items to order when working with resin in order to minimise waste as much as possible. B grade items are also sent away to a fellow small business to be sent as freebies so nothing is wasted!
Why isn’t my item 100% perfect? - what to expect from eeesh’s pieces
All items are 100% handmade by me and are not manufactured by using a machine, this means they are not like your standard items you’d find in a chain or franchise shop.
You may expect some small air bubbles, as working with resin it is almost impossible to prevent all bubbles no matter how hard I try - I do keep these to a minimum though.
Sometimes things do go wrong but If I am not happy with the item I would list it as perfectly imperfect at a reduced price , I would never send out items I don’t think people would be happy with receiving however please do contact me if you are unhappy! :)
